Izaty's 8th hole

My friend, Scott, surveys the hole. The par three, 163 yards from the blue tees, requires a shot over water, or you can bail to the right if you're not willing to go for the green.

Wet cart path

We were supposed to stay on the cart paths at Izaty's Black Brook course, but in this one place on the back 9, that wasn't a very good option.

Boater watches Mike tee off

On the par 3 14th hole. Mike got a par, a fairly rare feat for us that day, although I did manage to get our group's one and only birdie on a par 4 earlier in the round.
